We want you to be happy when you shop at Liquor ‘N’ Wine. A good experience makes for a loyal customer, and customer loyalty is what we're all about. Here's what we are willing to do:
If there is any problem with your order, we want to hear about it, contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product and we will sort it out as quickly as possible.
If you find any errors regarding type of product and vintage, or if you draw the unlucky bottle and suspect the bottle is bad, please just put the cap/cork back in the product leaving the contents of the product in the bottle (We can't take back any empty bottles!) and call our order department (855.LNW.WINE) or send an e-mail to email@example.com immediately. We'll arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection. Please repack the items in its original shipped packing to ensure safe return. Upon arrival at the Liquor ‘N’ Wine warehouse we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you, or you'll be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error. For this reason, it is vital that you let us know of any error right away to ensure the fastest delivery of your new shipment.
In the event that you have to return the merchandise for any other reason you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date! Please re-pack the items and send it to “Liquor ‘N’ Wine, Attn: Returns, 150 May Mart Dr., Rochelle, IL 61068". Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with the package.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will grant a credit of up to 85% of the item's value minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used at purchase, as soon as the returned product has been received by our warehouse in acceptable condition. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund.
